Responsible use

Customers are responsible for using radio, networking, diagnostic, monitoring, and security-capable equipment lawfully and only where they have the required authorization.

Radio operation

The sale of radio-capable equipment does not itself authorize transmission on any frequency or at any power level. Operators are responsible for applicable licensing, frequency, power, antenna, and operating requirements.

Network and security tools

Network analysis, testing, monitoring, and security functions must be used only on systems and networks the operator owns or is authorized to access or test.

Emergency communications

SKYNET products may assist with resilient communications but are not represented as a replacement for official emergency services or required life-safety communications systems.
